I am a portrait artist because I love people.
      The good and the beauty that I see in my subject is what I strive
      to portray in all of my paintings. Every portrait is painted
      lovingly with kindness and sensitivity, to capture the essence
      and soul of the individual. I know my painting is complete when
      the person comes alive.

      I work directly from life or I can work from photographs. If
      you need photographs taken I can arrange to take them myself.


      If you want a family portrait but do not have a good photograph
      to work from, 

      I can usually work from several 

      photographs and use them together as reference for your portrait.

      
· Value

      All commissioned portraits are painted with traditional oils
      on fine quality linen canvas. While corporations & government
      spend tens of thousands of dollars on oil portraits, my fees
      are relatively modest by comparison. I don't have the overhead
      of a commercial studio. My studio is in my home.

      
· Quality

      Look at my work. It is museum quality.
